Thousands of poor girls in Punjab have been selected for Project Collective Marriage as part of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s Dhee Rani Collective Marriage Program. As a gesture of goodwill, the bride receives an ATM card containing a sum of Rs 1 lakh.

Collective Marriage Program Registration Process in 2024
Taking part in the Collective Marriage Program is as simple as following these steps:
01. Get Started by Creating an Account
The first step is to register on the Dhee Rani Portal using your registered email address and password. Your user dashboard will show up once you have logged in, along with the registration form, once you have logged in.
02. Information About the Bride
There are several things that must be filled out by the bride, including her name, National Identity Card number, date of birth, age, education, religion, and nationality. There are several options that can be selected for the bride if she is an orphan or a disabled person.
03. Information About Bride’s Parents/guardians
Provide information about the bride’s parents or guardians, such as their names, ID cards, relationship to the bride, telephone number, source of income, monthly income, and present address. It is also possible to save the form by clicking on the “Save” button on the page where the form is displayed.
04. Information About the Groom
Please enter the groom’s name, National Identity Card number, birth date, and educational background. In order to advance to the next step, please press the “Save” button after completing the information in the form.
05. Parents/Guardians of Groom
It is mandatory for the groom’s parents or guardians to be included in the registry, indicating their names, ID numbers, phone numbers, level of income, and address, just like the bride’s parents. You can move forward once you have clicked “Save”.
06. Uploading Documents
It is necessary to upload all the required documents, including pictures of the couple as well as copies of their identification cards and those of their parents. Ensure that all the documents that you submit are accurate and clear. Upon uploading, click the “Save” button and proceed to the final step of the process.
07. Statement of Affidavit
Make sure you read the affidavit carefully and confirm that all the information provided in it is accurate. We acknowledge your interest in participating in the Dhee Rani program as well. The affidavit needs to be confirmed once you have read it. The application may then be submitted.
As soon as you submit your documents and information, the government will verify them. Your SMS address will be notified once verification is complete. Should you need to complete this process at the Deputy Director’s office, you may do so.
Criteria for Being Eligible for the Dhee Rani Program
Applicants for the Dhee Rani Program must meet the following requirements:
- Between 18 and 40 years of age is the ideal age range.
- A priority is placed on helping orphan girls and disabled girls.
- There must be a Punjabi resident as well as the bride for the application to be approved.
- There will be an electronic lottery if there are many applicants.
- As a condition of participating in the mass marriage, the bride shall submit an affidavit stating her willingness to do so and proof that she is single.
Collective Marriage Program Requires Following Documents
- A CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) for the bride and her parents.
- Evidence of residency (utility invoice, condominium agreement, etc.).
- Proof of the household’s financial status, such as income certificates.
- Certificates of marriage, or even any documents related to the upcoming wedding.
